User can either login with their social network identity or register in app as new user. In both cases we collect and save email id and phone number. Email id is used to send timely promotional offers which Same-Way thinks is useful for user and phone number is saved so that users when are on ride in app, can call the other user directly to save communication time.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this Site and/or the SAME-WAY will be brought in, and you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in, the competent courts of the District of Tel Aviv, Israel. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
